Congrats on 10,000 subscribers! And I agree with you: what's the point of numbers if you're not sure why you're on the platform or rarely engage/get engagement in the first place? I dont have as much capacity as I'd like to be here more, but when I do I'm so touched about the connections I've been able to have.

Yihaa!!! Let us all find pills that work!

I'm almost apologetic for my sarcasm, but underneath my anger I found sadness and therefore decided to honour some female negativity that intends to put an elusive record straight and expose a global culture of deceit, while applauding the party's celebration of a woman who dared to step out of a fiction, nevertheless I'm proposing a shortcut.

Why not fool 'the system' and its audacious visa application demands  that is linked to the horrific story of a girl who became professor forced to deceiving everybody pretending that 'all is good', hiding the other side of the story festering in darkness, by telling this story and pretending it's fiction 💥

We could laugh our audacious ass off if that works! Imagine the story, getting it published and then much later reveal our fiction is REAL.

Hahaha 🤣 gotcha...

record's straight again.

Part of the global culture of deceit is that it is rewarding.

Titles and money become also handy in the next phase... so let's waive the title and pay for the people who teach the bling bling of creating a substack with all its tips, tricks and tools that people who couldn't go along with the culture of deceit can't afford, besides learning to write fiction while the real fictional facts of life threaten to get erased.

But, yeah there are pills that tell the body and brain to shut up, and have the means to pierce through what was shutting down naturally, organically, eco-logically in order to kick-start a profound healing process.

Furthermore, I get allergic reactions from Gilbert's (unsustainable) positivity (that only works temporarily for the few; especially when handpicked by Oprah), which is fortunately for me because watching her too long works like an psychological anaesthetic.

Pain is gone, and so is the remedial procedure of the spirited body to heal.

It's the mode of 'do as me, and then you get it' that's always the same, and keeps luring us to walk in circles and beat around the bush, erasing the self-same in and around spirited bodies realizing 'I Am Me' (and then 'the doing phase' naturally, organically, ecologically and orgasmically flows out in unique ways from realizing, and from refraining to copy an act).

Life is simple if we stop making it simple.

PS Substack says I can't paste such a long comment, so I'll paste the rest down below... 🤗

Life is simple if we stop making it simple.

I think about the army of suffering people who were laughed at, snubbed and blamed because they chose wisely for themselves, allowing bodily recovery from going along too far with the culture of deceit and maybe even gracefully accepting some labels instead of titles to make it through, like 'disabled' or 'mentally ill' or 'homeless', forced to say yes to a few handouts to feed their children, which in effect ensured that embarrassment stayed firmly on their side, and not on the cruel culture that makes people ill and then blames them for it.

When we, like Rachel in "episode RRR" on my stack, find our-selves, that is when we realized the self is indeed ours, face down on the bathroom floor wondering why nobody around sees what's wrong including entitled doctors, we have been given an opportunity to choose and I don't mean 'what to do' but instead 'what not to repeat'.

I highlight a choice not to pass on cruelty of course.

My own story as an unseen girl who became primary school teacher, not able to harm children and thus falling into a burnout because she didn't realize yet the systemic demands for adaptation in a cruel culture of deceit slowly gets expressed in various ways but hehe algorithms won't be of help unsurprisingly, yet, my story needs to be told... and shared, and that's what I aim for just now writing to/for all Audacious Women who might be able to consider what I write here. Let's get really Audacious again... able to see me. And maybe even 'our me'.

Who knows... maybe 10 of the 10.000 go and click (or kick) some of my butt-ons 🥳 and hearts of course, or let's get really Audacious once more... maybe I'll grow from 10 to 11 supporters because of my bravery to mention, besides what I already wrote here, that Substack might come to consider that the 20 million they invest in getting the hot-shots lined up and trained to use this platform would be more creatively spend on growth from the bottom up. On the other hand, the bottom doesn't need to line up and get trained to express in their unique way because then they would also have to copy and adapt to a deceiving culture, and invest in division and exclusion. I'm pretty sure the bottoms already dropped this BS (both the sh*t and Belief Systems) allergic to followers..., standing firm under sunlight and seeing the shadow without a need to work it or get over it or transcend it and thereby suppress it.

It would work top-down as well if the top stops creeping between the Sun and the rest of the students in our humaniversity, presenting themselves as shiny stars but in constant need to be admired, and soaking up the energies that come from getting attention in order to keeping their fictional story alive, and suppressing what's festering in darkness, but that's probably too harsh and visionary to say, and threatens to open another can of worms, so I let it rest for now, but maybe seeing some of these dynamics is an opportunity to realize that 'we' don't have to go along with normalised cruelty and deceit of 'this is the way we do it' ignoring beneficial ways that work for most people, and if this truth is acknowledged it actually works... although not exclusively for 'only the few'... phew... time's up for lyers, bubbles are bursting, too many monkeys like me around here.

WE got past the 100 🐒🐒🐒 long time ago, wakey wakey, take part in theater!

In my experience this is a way to end suffering without ending it 🤔

I mean artificially and aiming to directly end suffering because suffering brings us to the pit of pain, and cracks our nut-cases, which is when "the light comes in" as Leonard Cohen taught us.

I estimate it is surely beneficial to hear me say that the reason for getting in our own way, our self-sabotage and deception, is the same for people on the top and rock bottom, and I see a learning curve on both sides, that's why I propose gatherings in order to find middle-ground (our me) because here & there the Sun still shines on all bodies and celebrities can take part once again nevertheless in integrity to participate in the allowance of flows of love, healing and rise of consciousness (instead of sucking energies from followers and spending it on a bigger platform to show off how OK it is to expand by wiggling a bigger carrot on a stick in front of audiences and indulging in extremes by finishing people off; I'm almost sorry that I put it in this raw manner... but yeah, I've just bought organic coffee online for £2.50 which is prized in my village "Coop" for £5 and on top of this deceit, it contains 27 gram less coffee... and why should I care if you can't buy your stuff online? Not my business, right?

Hey... hello... I do care, this chain reaction of division and exclusion is murderous, that's why I say: "'you' is an extension of 'i'..." oh Pascalle, stop drinking coffee... ☕ and please stop talking weird....

It might be weird, but it works.

Maybe I should apologise for my 'raw response' here, maybe not, maybe I'm the only one who sees/feels and acknowledges it here, maybe not, but I'm not going to swallow when I choke, and I'm getting the feeling that this is not pop(u)lar, but maybe I'm like an oak, standing firm in soil, and OK with the dirt that many ferociously try to wipe away, while still able to gently sway by the winds of change.

I left my teaching job when I had to deal with kids on meds; it was horrible, and then became a bodyworker, playing in my private practice with people from all walks of life and therefore also with the upper echelon in trouble and learned about the cause of their problems, and also left this job behind after 17 years when I realized why they didn't give up their entanglements, perceived status, lies and cruelty against themselves including their spirited bodies and therefore to all people around, and saw because of it my own blind spots and deceit... I ran for the hills to allowing the flows of healing, and then I started playing with bio-energy and healing intentions and also organized Okeko Gatherings without 'becoming someone' for almost 10 years in Scotland, exploring to 'just be me' and observing results in a way scientists would call research 🤓 I now play as radio-host to get it all off my chest in a creative and thus imperfect, messy way, looking forward to having chats with guests on the show and then broadcasting the conversations...🌬⚡in energetic terms: the results of reverting the inversions done to/for 'our me'.

The Scottish crime writer Ian Rankin was very helpful to discover that indeed "Scots Are Creatures Tamed by Cruelty" quoting the Scottish poet Ron Butlin, but because of my travels and residence in UK, Europe and Asia I started to recognise this pattern of cruelty and deceit throughout all cultures, which is unsurprisingly against the flourishing of the body, nature and the flows of love, healing and rise of consciousness.

So... here you all have it. And I'm not done; next step is online learn & share gatherings to heal and raise consciousness without authorities, system, method, agenda, curriculum, central figures, guidelines and so on, to ensure we all (max 9 participants) participate in our power to share stories and look out for similarities, the silver threads weaved in our Universal fabric, the landscape and architecture of self and the body, the sameness of self and the workings of its meat-suit, including the ethereal influx of spirited energies-in-formation and dare to let whatever or whomever we identify with flow as well, because our playground is very exciting, interesting and evocative if we dare to play.

Love 💜 Pascalle

PS I'll welcome you if you wish to participate and support you if you want to organize and/or facilitate Okeko Learn & Share Gatherings to Heal and Raise Consciousness, have a look, it's not that weird...💃 and OK, I do apologise for my wordy raw response if you came this far and read it all... 10 x thanks, oh no 11 x thanks (just got a new supporter, yihaa... passing on the currency of gratitude).

Keep buzzing like a bee, one flower at a time, to pass on the seeds in our me.

PPS Obviously I can't stop writing 😡

Just want to add that I was fortunate to be trained by the masters in the art to live-on, the 4/5-year-olds, although unfortunately I had to get my training in a position of authority as a teacher, nevertheless we took risks, played, made theatre together, danced, sang, laughed, cried, screamed, listened,  did nothing, stared, daydreamed, loved each other etc... and nobody in school knew what we were up to next, including ourselves, needless to say we had our fun and hated holidays forced as we were to get bored and let it all sink in, sync purely with Universal flows of love, healing and the rise of consciousness, knowing soon the doors would open again for us to continue our journey 'just be, just be me, bee me, buzz me, be the buzz, buzz the be of we in our me'... I'm almost sure you'll get the picture I just drew.

Daanke, Daanke, Daanke, which is 3 x Thanks in the language of my Maastrichter mother-tongue, and bye for now🌹

Thank you, Anne, for your transparency. Luck is an important element that we often underestimate. We live in a culture that puts immense pressure on personal agency (after all, you can't monetize luck), but no matter what one is doing, it needs to surface and reveal itself at the right moment. That’s where luck—serendipity, fate, or whatever you choose to call it—plays a crucial role.

Congratulations on your milestone! I truly enjoy your writing.

Anne, thank you so much for this post, so much reality/encouragement in the perfect balance-- as always. I love feeling how heartfully we are rooting for you-- just as you're rooting for us. <3 And thanks so much for bringing up Jeanette Winterson and sharing that link! She's who first got me thinking (while reading Sexing The Cherry) about "the wilderness of the imagination." Reading her as a teenager was just what I needed to begin freeing my psyche from the expectations of my parents and suburban culture.

Anne, you sound so inspired -- it's contagious! So glad you are feeling better and off to a promising start this term. Thanks so much for sharing the link to Winterson. I do love what she says on her substack, about the courage of Bishop Mariann Edgar Budd for speaking out against that sadist Trump and how crucial it is to cultivate the inner life. It really is phenomenal the way you are able to reach so many women.
